Her videos have garnered millions of views.

Giselle approaches marketing from the lens of personal development, humanizing the ways we show up in business, online and especially off, with time and energy setting tactics, captivating communication techniques and tangible boundary-setting tools.

With a collective following of over 500,000 followers, Giselle has been recognized by TikTok as one of the Top 100 Women to Watch in 2021. She’s shared the stage with thought leaders like Brendon Burchard, Gary Vaynerchuk and others, and has been featured in AdWeek, Business Insider and Social Media Examiner for her innovative work.

Meet Chelsea Pietz (last name rhymes with lights). A powerhouse within the real estate industry, Chelsea’s priority is uncomplicating social media by teaching individuals her step-by-step “5 S” strategy loaded with practical, relevant examples and ultra-actionable formulas that feel doable and not discouraging – delivered with authenticity and a little bit of humor.

Chelsea got her real estate license over 20 years ago and has spent the last decade helping people buy and sell homes. For the last 7 years, she has helped real estate, mortgage, and title pros understand how to use social media to build a powerful personal brand.

When she’s not coaching and speaking, Chelsea is mom to Mason, wife to Brian, and rescuer to chihuahuas Daisy and Piper.

Johnny G

Johnny is an entrepreneur, investor and real estate broker with a passion for helping develop the next generation of leaders.

Throughout 2020 and 2021, Johnny led Keller Williams's Young Professionals division (KWYP) from Keller Williams’s Corporate Headquarters in Austin, TX where he was responsible for leading 50+ KWYP chapters throughout the US and Canada that represented a community of more than 1200 young professionals.

Prior to corporate real estate leadership, Johnny served as Managing Director of Keller Williams Santa Monica overseeing more than 1.2 billion dollars in annual real estate sales closings and was recognized by Outfront Magazine as KW's #7 overall stakeholder and #1 stakeholder in the Western US for his contributions to helping grow the company.

From 2016-2019, Johnny served as the CEO and Team Leader for Keller Williams Realty Westside in Westwood, CA where he grew the office from 68 agents to 135 agents and led the brokerage back to profitability for the first time in years.

In addition to real estate, Johnny founded Lifey Holdings Inc., a betterment company committed to helping people become who they were born to be through the use of a quarterly planner, quarterly retreats and an online community.
Johnny graduated from the University of San Diego in 2009 with a degree in business administration and currently serves on the Board of USD’s Alumni Association and is the active President of their Austin-based Alumni Club.
